Can’t find a room? We got you covered! You can find all agency rooms or team rooms, even if they’ve been archived, in Manage Rooms. You can select the required criteria to view all desired rooms.

- Click the settings cog icon in the side menu.
- Select Manage Rooms under ‘manage agency’.
- Set the proper criteria (to see all rooms):
- Select the desired room.
- You can now access all messages and room settings.See image below:
