Managing Users
Manage Users is key to updating existing user permissions, and even removing users from the agency. You can locate this feature by clicking the Settings cog icon in your side menu.

- In the desktop app, in your settings cog icon, tap ‘Manage Users’.
- At the top, click the search tab to look up the respective user you wish to remove, or edit their role status.
- Make the appropriate changes.
