Bulletins
Your BOLO’s can now be created through Evertel’s Bulletins. What are they?
Bulletins are a form-format information dump, that you can share throughout multiple rooms, or to an entire agency at once! Concise and streamlined, Bulletins allows you to customize how much or how little intel you need to share. Editable, archivable, and retrievable- Bulletins make sure you have every BOLO feature you need!
How to create a bulletin?
Follow the steps below, for best use of Evertel’s Bulletins:

- In your side menu (drawer), Click on ‘Bulletins’ in top left.
- In the top right (under your profile picture)click
- Fill out the appropriate fields, making sure to fill all red asterisk sections.
- Click ‘Publish’ in the top right,then select to save as a draft or publish the Bulletin to your room.
- You can even add separate ‘vehicle’ and ‘suspect’ information!
Mobile
- In the app, in your side menu, tap ‘Bulletins’.
- At the top, tap the ‘+’ icon.
- Fill out the appropriate fields, making sure to fill the red asterisk box.
- Tap the ‘Save’ button to create as a draft or publish to the room.
Note: The option to make this an urgent bulletin is enabled by tapping the ‘Mark as Urgent’ toggle; located in the middle of the form.
